GTCC is an education partner in the First in Flight (N.C.) FAME chapter. The program director plays an integral role in the success of each student and the FAME Chapter as a whole.

The Federation for Advanced Manufacturing Education (FAME) provides workforce development through technical training, professional practices and hands-on experience.
You've acquired years of experience, now help provide the next generation of students with the knowledge and skills to qualify for an aircraft mechanic's certificate with airframe and/or powerplant ratings.
In addition to training, advising and recruiting students, collaborate with business and industry partners to grow the program.
The selected candidate will receive a $10,000 hiring bonus.
Provide students with hands-on and theoretical training in construction methods and materials, construction estimating and scheduling, construction contracts and management. Develop courses, model employability skills and demonstrate professionalism.
The selected candidate will receive a $5,000 hiring bonus.
If the hustle and bustle of dental practices has dampened your sense of satisfaction from working with patients, consider applying the skills and knowledge you've learned by training new students into capable clinicians.
Teach the skills necessary to become a competent hygienist, and guide students on the path toward professionalism.

Prepare students interested in the installation and maintenance of electrical systems found in residential, commercial and industrial facilities.

Health careers are in high demand and GTCC is committed to providing talented students to fill the need. Apply your passion for the profession and make a difference in the future of nursing by passing on your skills and knowledge to students entering the field.

Collaborate with nursing programs director to develop a robust and relevant simulation experience for students. integrate simulation experiences across both the Associate Degree Nursing and practical nursing curriculums.
The selected candidate will receive a $10,000 hiring bonus.
You’ve made an impact in the operating room. Now lead the classroom.
A meticulous organizer will fit well as the clinical coordinator for surgical technology. Working with the program directory, a key function will be to find clinical agencies or facilities to provide quality experiences for students.
Perform accounts payable duties and general accounting duties for GTCC and its related entities. You'll reconcile specific subledgers to the general ledger and perform year-end close functions.

The Inclusion for Impact: Faculty Diversity Internship program was developed in Fall 2021 to optimally recruit prospective faculty representative of all backgrounds. The program supports the mission and vision of GTCC by fostering diversity and inclusion throughout the institution.
Guilford Technical Community College, Novant Health, and the North Carolina Area Health Education Centers (NC AHEC) have partnered to give practicing nurses a unique option to teach GTCC nursing courses without leaving their clinical roles at Novant.
